During the past 30 plus years, Mr. Malin has:

  •    Held a Texas Real Estate broker’s license since 1983.

  • Held the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute since 1986.

  •    Held a General Commercial Appraiser’s license since 1991.

  •    Been appointed a special commissioner by a Texas District Judge in

       a land partition case.

  •    In addition to being the value expert in numerous condemnations,

  •    He has been the condemnee in nine separate condemnations and

       managed and settled all on behalf of his partnerships.

  •   Has been an expert or consultant in mediations and arbitrations involving      real estate.

  •   Has held, sold and leased billboards and testified in condemnation

      involving these assets.

    Been Actively Involved in Land Assemblages, Entitlements and the Development of Large Tracts of Land in Texas

  • Purchased and sold over 17,000 acres in Texas since 1996

  • Developed communities in Denton County, Llano County, Hood County,

    Brewster County and Hunt County Texas  since 1996,   

     including installing community sewer and water.

  •  Created two Municipal Utility Districts encompassing nearly 900 acres       located in Denton and Hood Counties since 2014.

    Owned and Managed RE Entities

  • Created and managed as a general partner, numerous limited partnerships owning real estate during the past 25 plus years.

         

     Been Engaged in Oil and Gas Activities for Over 25 Years

  •   Has negotiated and leased the executive and royalty rights on property

      that he manages in multiple oil and gas lease for the past 25 years.

  •   Has leased land for a saltwater disposal well, sold the interest and

       also sold millions of gallons of fresh water to surrounding drilling

       companies in the Barnett Shale.

       Currently, he manages approximately 6,000 acres in two land developments

        that are on-going.
